When I was a teenager back in the 80s, they used to have Perry Mason on in the afternoons and I watched it when I was on holiday or had successfully chucked a sickie. All I remember is that every episode had some random standing up in the court room yelling that it was they who did it. Also my mum told me that Raymond Burr owned a property near where she and my stepfather lived (country Victoria), but I don’t know if that’s true. She’s been known to bullshit me.

All I remember about Perry Mason is that it used to come on after I Love Lucy at 10:30PM.

I would fall asleep during I Love Lucy, then Perry Mason would come on and scare the SHIT out of me startling me awake with its terrifying theme song! I hate this show! lmao
