These other people on Yahoo sound soooo immature! You said you had posted to get out some of your feelings. Sounds fine to me. You have a right to post about what you'd like and to work out what's on your mind

Thank you for your comment! I really appreciate it. I know we don't know each other, but you seem to know me so well! I am exactly like what you described--sometimes I just need to talk about my feelings. I am not always looking for advice--I just want someone to listen and be there for me. This was a huge issue for my ex & I, but it helped once we got to know each other better. It's just tough because some people can't JUST listen. They have to give you their opinion & then they get MAD when you don't follow their advice! Thanks for listening. :) If you ever come back to Chicago, I'd love to meet up. I think we'd get along well. And of course we'd have fun shopping. :)
Thank you for your comment. I appreciate it. It makes me feel better to know that I am not alone in this. I think that it is perfectly normal to still think about your first love. I guess Jim wasn't really my first love, but he was my first serious boyfriend, it was our first serious relationship for both of us, he was the first person who I really let myself get close to. We ended things on pretty good terms (all things considered), so I can't even be like "What a jerk! I am better off without him." I know you love your husband and I think it's normal that you still think about your first love. I am trying hard to not care about what others think about me. I am working on it!
Maybe it's better that you didn't know what was going on. Like I said, I hate to know that all of my/our friends (pals) are going to read it & know it's all about me.
