Those of you who I am friends with in Facebook know I lost 35lbd last year ad competed in a figure competition. I haven't done any this year (perhaps next year??) but I am dieting and training as though i were, as I have a professional fitness photoshoot scheduled in November. It's 2am and I am still up, making confetti cake protein pancakes. I needed something to do to pass the time, as I'm just cooking one at a time. Ah the monotony. I'm up later than normal... female issues update
You guys may remember my post from a month or so ago about needing treatment for cervial dysplasia. I had to reschedule my initial appointment because i was on my period, but I went to the doctor last Wednesday and had the treatment. How many of you guys have seen PS I Love You? I ask because as Andy's mom has been going through Ray's stuff, she has been finding little love notes that he left her.
