We are now on year FOUR that the state of New Jersey has owed us over $400 in a state tax refund!

When they first withheld it - it was because of a $31 dollar balance due on a student loan. We paid the balance, got a reciept - and faxed the required information to the state tax people - who said that the refund would then be released and a check ( Read more... )

odd question:
I have a beautiful lazer-cut image of a swimming mermaid on med-wt cardstock... appx 16"L x 8 1/2"H
what I'd like to do is seal it in something clear that would be safe to put *in* a fish tank -
so it would have to be something longterm waterproof & not toxic to fish

any suggestions?
