crafting dilemma...
odd question:
I have a beautiful lazer-cut image of a swimming mermaid on med-wt cardstock... appx 16"L x 8 1/2"H
what I'd like to do is seal it in something clear that would be safe to put *in* a fish tank -
so it would have to be something longterm waterproof & not toxic to fish
any suggestions?
