This is great to read. Thanks for sharing. I'm looking to lose 30-40 lbs myself, but mostly because I know that it's extra weight that is only there because I'm eating really awful-for-me foods for all the wrong reasons. I just want to eat for the right reasons. I don't see exercise happening in the near future.
100pounds2lose is a really active community, and there are plenty people there who have lost/need to lose more than 200 pounds. After a bit of searching, I found 300lbsplus.
