Since developing RSI in both wrists quickly followed by shin splints, I have re-discovered going for long walks. As a teenager, living in a semi-rural area, I often used to head out on my own and tramp up and down the countryside. i like reading/hearing about your walks... and i like thinking about you on them.

yes, i walk for pleasure... though generally combined with purpose... usually out in the countryside/on nature reserves.

i think you probably know tho, that 'pleasure' is maybe not a straightforward concept for me when it comes to walking. the pleasure is in the environment, and being part of it... and being able to get out into it. the act of walking itself is painful and difficult for me.
