I weigh myself monthly, usually on the 8th day of my cycle after I've woken and gone to the bathroom. I've been keeping a record since my weight was at its worst (125k/276 lbs or just under 20 stone in April 2004) and a while ago I put it all into a spreadsheet which I've just updated and uploaded to Google Docs so you can see it if you want. I've also been keeping a record of my measurements, at my biggest my waist was 48 inches, but I'm proud to say I've lost 5 inches (and 19k/41 lbs or about 3 stone), without regular exercising or diet plan. My goal is to get my waist below 40 inches, mainly to lower my risk of heart disease etc. and I'd love to get my weight down to about 75 kilos/165 lbs or just under 12 stone, but I think somewhere around 90 is more realistic. I'll be happy when it's under 100!

I have read it, it hit home a lot for me. I'll type more when my thoughts make sense :-)
