Well done to you!! YAY! :D

Today i have managed to get up on time, remember to take an umbrella to avoid getting wet, solve a Rubiks cube, and stay awake in 3-hour company meeting! :D

In case of Amazon images breaking (like the are for me at the moment) here is another link with a good picture of Underground Ernie:

I do not know the point of being 'friends' on a lot of sites. Many websites these days jump on the social networking bandwagon just because they think they can. This is why i am so keen for MyChores not to go that way, though some people have suggested it.

Have a nice rest of the day, and a good weekend! :)

Oh, I'm doing well with the CT5K programme by the way.

I added the extra link to 'want'.

It is so good to be prepared for the weather :-)

Oh brilliant, i'm glad you're doing well with CT5K. It is a wonderful running programme and it really works. Have you a link to the CT10K that you mentioned to me last week?

According to the cool running website, you should have been running for 6 months before you start on the couch to 10k programme. Where to go from here tells you how to improve in the meantime. Then when you're ready, here's their CT10K programme: intro, beginners.

If you're going to keep running though, you really should do some stretching. It doesn't take long honestly, and I think it feels good. Here are the ones that cool running suggests, though there are lots of alternatives.

I don't feel particularly proud of myself today; yesterday I fell upstairs and have done something to my kneecap making it quite painful to do anything, including sleep, so I only woke up half an hour ago.

Your 'dashboard' on last.fm will shows what your friends have been listening to recently (as in, in the last few minutes). Your friends will also be listed on your account page, and if you send messages, friends come up in a drop down box as a quick contact sort of thing. It's all a bit pointless, as friends lists usually are on social networking sites such as this and flickr.

Injury is a good reason to avoid doing things. Look after yourself :-)
