So. For the last 2 weeks or so, I have been loathing my DSL connection. I'm talking detest, with the fire of a thousand burning suns. It has been spotty connection, slow download times, disconnect in the middle of something important. Just, generally meh in the overall scheme of things.

I hope you get your credit. We got awesome credits from Cox when we upgraded to digital, because we kept getting shitty boxes, and then they'd charge us for it o.O even though we had the quality assurance plan added on to the account.

They've agreed to give us the difference in the price of the speed plans ($20/mo) + an additional $20 for trouble. So since we've had the net on since July that is $20+$20+$20+$20+ bonus $20 :)
