Friday - 17 Mars - Lunch -- Slyth TablecompetitionmissFebruary 9 2007, 21:27:38 UTC
Eva was making a list, a To Do list specifically and it was getting quite long, as her food was getting to be quite cold. There was a variety of things on it, as she kept adding more as she thought of them. Blow up Parliament was followed by Drown Colin which was proceeded by Possibly re-evaluate list.
All good things. As she worked she listened to the chatter of the table and every so often interjected her own thoughts. Because naturally, her own thoughts were very, very important.

Cole walked up towards the Slytherin table for lunch. Spotting the back of a head he knew very well, he walked up and stood behind her. Peering over her shoulder, he looked to see what she was doing. A list of some sort? He read blow up Parliament and chucked slightly.
"How very Guy Fawkes of you," he noted from behind her with a slight laugh.
Re: Friday - 17 Mars - Lunch -- Slyth TablecompetitionmissFebruary 9 2007, 22:08:41 UTC
She made a face, a single raised eyebrow and straightened her back, nearly blotting the paper with ink, but rather moving down the page and continuing the list.
Toasted almonds... she started, before answering him. "I am always one to cause quite the stir. Barred teeth and all."
Re: Friday - 17 Mars - Lunch -- Slyth Tablecole_foxkithFebruary 9 2007, 23:29:40 UTC
Cole chuckled slightly as he slipped into the seat next to her. He eyed her curiously. She was always so fascinating to watch, at least in Cole's opinion.
"Planning a mass riot or taking over the world one explosion or death after the other?" he asked, giving her a quizzical look.
Saturday - March 18 - Breakfastbarrett_bFebruary 11 2007, 12:00:37 UTC
Barrett found a spot to wedge himself into at the Gryffindor table, he glanced around at his house-mates, not everyone was up yet, after all this was saturday and people took advantage of the fact and slept in, but there was a good sized chunk, probably eager to take advantage of the warming weather and enjoy some time outside.
Barrett watched the entrance for friends after grabbing a few items from the serving dishes and pulling them onto his plate. a small smile lifted up the corners of his mouth as he thought about Savannah, he hoped to see her this morning, maybe they could spend time together...
Barrett was worried about monopolying her time, he knew nothing about her friends, or even exactly who they were. Sooner or later he was sure he was going to get accosted by hufflepuffs demanding some time with her. Barrett knew he'd been lax with his own friends, but he couldn't help it. He hoped Zak and the other gryff boys would forgive him for it.
Re: Saturday - March 18 - Breakfastzak_resoFebruary 11 2007, 12:58:31 UTC
THERE HE WAS! Zak walked quickly over to the big man and took the seat next to him with ease. No chance in hell was that bint coming over here this morning. Zak didn't know what the hell was going on with Barrett these days. He barely saw the other boy anymore, and he didn't like it. Zak wouldn't mind except that who Barrett was keeping company with was a total bitch. What was it with his friends getting off with the people Zak disliked most?
"Morning mate! Long time no see," He greeted with a faint smirk.
Re: Saturday - March 18 - Breakfastbarrett_bFebruary 11 2007, 13:13:37 UTC
Barrett offered a faint grin back to Zak, "Yeah, sorry 'bout that mate" he offered apologetically, but his eyes were already going back to the entrance.
"I've been spending time with Savannah.. you know how it can be eh?" he offered cheerily, after all Zak had several girlfriends over the years and they required attention, which meant not hanging with the blokes so much. His mouth had curved into a wide smile when he made the statement. After all, for Barrett it was like winning the lottery.
Him and Savannah had been together for just over a month now, and everyday with her was another day to learn more about her.
Re: Saturday - March 18 - Breakfastzak_resoFebruary 11 2007, 13:19:27 UTC
Zak raised an eyebrow at the other boy. "Ye-ah, I know how it can be," He replied, his tone definitely a lot cooler than usual. The smile on Barrett's face meant nothing to Zak, the idea that he was happier with that cow was just ridiculous. "But none of my girls were complete and utter bitches," Zak then added, trying to sound conversational.
Harsh? Yup. But Zak didn't care. He wanted his friend back and out of the clutches of that bitch.
Friday - March 24th - early morningmaxmadmayFebruary 12 2007, 05:29:53 UTC
Max dug her spoon into her porridge and groaned as the un-attractive gruely mess plopped off it and slowly back into the bowl. "It looks like dog shite," she commented to Colin whom she was joining at the Slytherin table. It was really the only way they'd eat together, and she sort of wanted to talk about Corina and what Colin thought was actually going on. Seriously, high on cheering charms? Ha. ha. ha. And then werewolves? Yeah she needed to talk.
Also, it was bloody early, she probably ended up sitting at the Slytherin table thinking it was Gryffindor.
Re: Friday - March 24th - early morningcolin_mayfieldFebruary 12 2007, 05:35:00 UTC
Colin couldn't help but find himself agreeing with Max. "I know. Man, what do they put in this crap?" he wondered out loud as he poked at his porridge with his spoon. Whatever this was didn't look too appetizing and Colin figured the house elves must have gone on strike this weekend. It wouldn't be too far off base with everything else that had been reported about in the Prophet over the past two weeks.
Re: Friday - March 24th - early morningnaiaflowingFebruary 12 2007, 05:41:30 UTC
Potions was the worst way to end the week sometimes, Naia thought, as she entered the Great Hall. Oh, look, her cousins were eating together at the Slytherin table... she may as well join them. She was tired enough that nothing was computing properly, but she joined and smiled and sat across from them.
"'Morning," she grumbled. She looked at the porridge, wrinkled her nose, and grabbed a muffin. Looked like Bran. But it was better than porridge.
Re: Friday - March 24th - early morningmaxmadmayFebruary 12 2007, 06:00:02 UTC
"Probably some paper-mache mixed with sugar," she said and dropped her spoon for good. Maybe she should try some eggs and toast. "Mornin'" she greeted Naia with a newly buttered piece of toast in her mouth as she dragged two eggs onto her plate.
"Merlin this a horrible time of morning, can anyone explain to me why I need to be so bloody studious?" She asked no one in particular. Of course she knew the answer to that-- so that she could keep owning people in duels. Oh, and there was that whole grades deal. Max was about to add something more when an owl swooped down from above and landed almost on her plate. "Bloody bird," she said and pulled her plate away.
She took the letter from its leg and gave it a piece of her toast so that it would go away. "What's this now?" she asked out loud flipping it over to see her Aunt Kylie's writing, "From yer mum," Max said to Naia and opened it as she munched on her toast.
Max -- You should hear it in person, but I can't be at the school right now, I have other obligations. Your father is dead

Monday, March 20 - Lunch, Puff tablemynameisanyaFebruary 12 2007, 22:46:44 UTC
Tonight was making Anya anxious. She couldn't sit still and kept changing the way she sat and picking at her food until it didn't resembler food any longer.
Of course she wanted to talk to anyone about it but Nico's letter was very specific in the way of don't tell anyone. So she sat there and tried to figure out if that included her brothers too.. she did want to ask them what was going on but a part of her mind snagged and told her that it wouldn't be a good idea. The meeting was late at night afterall and they probably wouldn't be to keen on her sneaking around the school, but she wanted to know and she was definitely going to go.
With another fidgety movement she pushed the plater away from her and tried to find the clock to tell her the time.

Werewolves. Werewolves. Sodding, bloody werewolves. After reading the paper this morning they were all Derek could think about. The fact that he was trying very hard not to do any such thing only seemed to make it worse

Re: Monday, March 20 - Lunch, Puff tablemynameisanyaFebruary 16 2007, 23:15:02 UTC
Still fidgeting, Anya didn't even notice who had sat next to her till he spoke up. "Oh! Derek! haha..umm..no..I mean..yes..I mean..." She held her mouth closed for a moment and took a deep breath to try and get ahold of herself.
"I'd never make you eat alone..but yes we are enemies this week and all. I'm fairly certain we are going to kick your but." Anya's eyes sparkled for a second, the talk of quidditch and Derek sitting next to her taking her mind off things.
Re: Monday, March 20 - Lunch, Puff tablederek_blyFebruary 17 2007, 03:16:47 UTC
Derek narrowed his eyes in a mock glare. "Oh you think so, do you? You forget, duck, I taught you all your moves. You'd better watch yourself out there." To emphasize the point, Derek tossed part of his orange peel at her playfully. It was going to kind of weird seeing Anya out on the pitch for real, beating for the other side. They'd played together plenty of times for fun but this was going to be interesting.
"You think Darin'll hold it against me if I hit him with a bludger?" Derek speculated. "I kind of think our first official game against each other warrants a good whack."
Monday March 20 -- Morning at Breakfasthannah_salixFebruary 13 2007, 08:05:21 UTC
Hannah walked into the Great Hall, inhaling the smell of a good breakfast. It was fairly early on Monday morning and she had a decent sleep the night before. A new week seemed like a good thing to be happy about. New possibilities and all of that.
She grabbed a seat at the Ravenclaw table and helped herself to some bacon and eggs. It was nice to have Monday mornings free.
Re: Monday March 20 -- Morning at Breakfastanora_beeFebruary 13 2007, 08:09:44 UTC
Ahh Monday Mornings, which meant Arithmancy first thing followed by a lonnnnng break until History in the afternoon. Spotting no one of interest at her own table, she immediately wandered over to the Ravenclaw Table, where she happily saw Hannah sitting nearby.
"Mooorning!" she said with a grin, taking the seat next to her. Her eyes briefly scanned the Hufflepuff Table, but then immediately wondered why because there was no way Taylor would be up this early on a Monday. She immediately began filling her plate with an assortment of fruits and some eggs on the side. Yes, eggs were more of an afterthought, especially when there was pineapple involved.
Re: Monday March 20 -- Morning at Breakfastraven_annabelleFebruary 13 2007, 08:40:12 UTC
Hannah smiled right back at Anora. She was quite happy to see her friend. It had been awhile since they'd really gotten to talk. Last week was a blur. And surprisingly enough, she'd spent a lot of time catching up on her studying.
Once she'd finished her bite of food, Hannah spoke. "Good morning! How are you today, Lovely Anora? You seem to be extra chipper." This was a bit of an exaggeration. Anora was always chipper, so it was really hard to tell when she was extra chipper.
Re: Monday March 20 -- Morning at Breakfastanora_beeFebruary 19 2007, 05:43:43 UTC
"I felt like I haven't seen you in so long!" she said, because even though they'd obviously seen eachother in classes, when they didn't get to properly talk it seemed like they hadn't seen eachother AT ALL. Also, she'd spent most of the weekend with Taylor, so she hadn't had much of a chance to see Hannah.
"And hmm, more chipper than usual? I can't think of any particular reason as to why that would be, only that I am now eating breakfast with someone at the TOP of the Calibre of Awesome," she giggled a little bit before digging into her mountain of fruit.
"Taylor?" she smiled, "Wellll we had a bit of an unexpected conversation on Saturday, but it was nice because I dunno, we really talked, and then we went to the kitchens for the rest of the afternoon. It was pretty much fantastic
