Cooked black- and pinto-bean enchiladas for lunch, delighting S., who stopped by. Apparently me cooking a meal has deep resonances for him. He was delighted to be included in the lunch and helped chop some cheese

My kitties used to be tail chasers, but alas, they have gotten old, paunchy, and too dignified to do such adorkable stuff anymore.

Mine chased his tail a few times in his youth, but only a handful of times that I saw. And he never attacked it with the zest that GC brings to it. But he was definitely adorkable! My sister used to call him the Bertie Wooster of cats.
