Plan [37] : [ the sunset rears up once more to its burial ground]

...it's been a little while. I hope no one's been worrying! It's ... pleasant out here, to say the least. I've never really been very far outside the village, but it's really beautiful.

Hey, Sephiroth. How's life in the village?

Strange. I tend to avoid the majority of it.

Are you at least enjoying yourself?

I knew you were intelligent. From the sound of it, we got quite an ... interesting bunch, this time around.

I really am; I'd forgotten what it was like to have some real peace and quiet. We haven't seen a soul for days. However ... I can't keep my mind away from the problems we have to face in Luceti, no matter how much I try.

Speaking of problems, I have something I'd like to speak with you about.

...Hmph. I suppose I should add my own introduction, if that's the course we are going to take around here.

Albert Silverberg of the Holy Kingdom of Harmonia, formerly of the Toran Republic. Yes, I am Caesar's older brother and a more experienced tactician, but I had until recently fallen into a lull due to some early difficulties with Luceti. To lay it bare in case we have another nightmarish experiment, I am also a magic user of sorts and what some might call a summoner.

It's fine, Caesar. I've been out longer than I would care to say, so you've perhaps been more useful than me in the last week.

Thanks, Al.

I'm glad to hear it; I hope you recover quickly. I've not really been putting my full efforts into anything in particular, since it seems the point of this little endeavor is to get me to relax a little, but ... the way things are, I can't just pretend our problems are nonexistent.

You wanted a headcount; this seems like the most accurate method available -- certainly, there are those that will refrain from participating, but they can be documented as they're identified, regardless. Besides, a catalog of skills and talents will be useful for both future conflicts and in finding potential members for a council. Ideally, that is.

I think we should refrain from having newcomers as a part of the council until we can gauge them a little more from their interactions with others. The longer a person has been in Luceti, the easier they should be to read.

The headcount would serve as a good database if it is successful... Wouldn't a slightly more formal census have been better though, instead of leaving it up to others to give a good description of themselves?

...I don't think any of the new batch are particularly appealing in that capacity, anyway. But generally, yes, you're correct.

Probably, but I believe this will provide valuable insight as well. How a person perceives themselves can often say more than the words themselves, I've found. Besides, should this maneuver fail, a formal census can be drawn up at a later point in time.

A-ano...I'm Kirihara Naoya, from Tokyo, Japan...

I-I'm an empath, and also precognitive.

Pleased to meet you, um ... Naoya? (It's Naoya, right?)

Ah, I've heard of those sorts of things, though I've never encountered anyone with those abilities. Have your powers been limited here much?

Yes, my name is Naoya.

Not...much, as far as I can tell...it's kind of hard to explain, but there was something back home that amplified them...and I can't tap that power anymore. Even with that, I was nowhere near as strong as Niisan.

I am Usagi 'Bunny' Tsukino from Tokyo, Japan. I can transform into the Sailor Soldier Sailor Moon. With the help of my wand and the Imperial Silver Crystal, I can blow things up, heal people, and create shields to protect myself and others. Of course, I can do much much more with the wand & crystal but if I use too much of it's power I will die! Sucky, ne? I spend most of my time volunteering at the clinic.

Good day, Mr. Silverberg.
I'm Raphael of the Virtues, Archangel of Wind. I've had the basic military training in the Heavenly army, but mostly my talents lie in medical support.

Are you perhaps some kind of leader figure of this crowd?

The Heavenly army? I bet you must have had some incredible generals, there.

I ... suppose that I've temporarily filled that void, where some people are concerned, though I hold no real authority.

I suppose so. Michael would know more about that matter, being one of those himself.

Right. I suppose implementing some kind of order in a place like this would be difficult.

Really. I would love to speak with him about that.

It is difficult. With people constantly coming in and out, and the experiments having us in either a state of perpetual confusion or waiting, it's hard to accomplish much of anything.

How fares your healing skills here?
