Yay! I am so glad that you liked the shirts! And that was the chocolate that you asked for right? I searched high & low for that, I hope I got the correct one LOL

Empires! I love the hell out of Spit the Dark and Hayley. Sean Van Vleet sing to me always!

I am planning on sending you an epic email but until then, I empathize with the bathing suit problem. Rebecca somehow always manages to find those ones that are two piece but the top is like a halter so lots better than a bikini. I either find old lady suits or I give in and buy a bikini but wear it with little black shorts over top :D

Yes, it was totally the chocolate I asked for! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Hayley is my fail-proof song for getting people into empires.

Yeah, mine have both been halters with some actual support - I can't do those tiny ones with just the little triangles. They do nothing for me. I look forward to this epic e-mail!

Yaaaaaay, books! I'm enjoying trying to identify by spine before I embiggen them. :D

You have the same edition of a Wrinkle in Time that I do! (Which was one I got without enlarging, ditto the BFG. :D) Snugglepot and Cuddlepie, omg. Practically no one has ever heard of that book, I always forget it's more common in Australia. You also have the same edition of the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe! <3 And yay, Lucy Maud! &Canada!; I really like the little beaded lizard on the shelf, too. And Ella Enchanted! I loved that book. And yaaaaaaaaaay, Tammy. Did you see the bandom/Tortall fusion thingy that Zarah5 posted the other day? It was EXCELLENT (and I super need to go fb it properly still, eek). Ryan Ross approves your Palahniuk, btw. :D ( ... )

I have not read A Wrinkle in Time in so, so long. I probably need to add that to the list. And yes, Snugglepot and Cuddlepie was a gift from an Australian friend of mine. Ella Enchanted is amazing...I have read it so, so many times, and I'm always so involved in it. I did see Zarah5's Tortall snippet from the other day - so, so good! And oh, Ryan Ross approves my Palahniuk, does he? That's all I really needed in life ( ... )

Aww. I'd just read it semi-recently, so it's pretty fresh. And aww, awesome. Yay that you saw the Tortall snippet too and yes, he totally does. :D

\o/ I'll keep an eye out for extra copies here, too.

And, ahh, good to know.

And awesome, that is a most excellent present.

And this is true!

And, yes, exactly! And fair call, yeah.

OMG YOU BOUGHT BIRD BY BIRD! YOU DID NOT TELL ME THIS. I AM SO THRILLED I APPARENTLY CANNOT CONTAIN MY CAPSLOCK!EXCITEMENT FOR YOU. *coughs* Um. Yes. I hope you love it! I really, really do.

Your mice are adorable! And that's not really something I've said about mice very often, but aww, they're lovely. Especially Persephone, although that might just be because she's the one in focus. :)

Wait-- back to school? Whaaat? Didn't you only start break, like, a month ago?

I ASKED FOR IT FOR CHRISTMAS! JUST ON YOUR RECOMMENDATION. SO I BETTER LOVE IT.

Not a big rodent fan, are we? Look, I used to have rats and I actually prefer them to mice, but I love my darlings.

Yes. I go back to school at the end of January, so it's my two months of summer, already past halfway done. So, so sad. :(

WOOT! I HOPE SO.

It's not that I don't like rodents, it's just that I've never been in a situation to get to know any. The extent has been spending a lot of time in pet shops when I was a kid, and seeing rats scurrying around city parks and subway tracks over the past few years. Neil Gaiman gave me a greater appreciation of rats though in Neverwhere and Coraline. :P

LAME. :(

I can believe that your school starts so soon! That's a sickness. We get from the tail-end of May to the second week of August off for our summers. That seems significantly longer than what you had? Maybe I'm mistaken, and time has just flown. -sigh-

Have you ever read the Trickster's Choice and Trickster's Queen books from Tamora Pierce? I thought I saw some Tamora up there, but with all of those awesome books, I may be mistaken. If not, I highly recomend them. I loved those two so much. ^___^

Also- YOUR BOX OF JOY WILL BE SENT SOON! Hahahahah. I've now turned it into a celebrating winter box instead of Christmas, for obvious reasons. It's just that I found the perfect center-piece gift, and so I had to post-pone the sending until I can get my hands on it. -giggle-

You get...two months and three weeks-ish? And we get two months. So yes, you get longer, and I am unimpressed. :( Mostly I think that December went by really quickly because I was working, so I haven't had as much time to just sit around doing nothing.

Those two, huh? I don't know if I got around to reading them. I've read all of her earlier stuff. Have you read Alanna, or Kel, or Circle of Magic?

YAY! Your package is...still not sent out, because I have major post office issues, but it should be sent by the end of the week - I SWEAR.

Aww, I'm sorry! -pet- I hope that what's left of your break is extremely restful, if not physically, refreshing emotionally. And, y'know. -shuffle- Involves another phone call from me!

My mom and I read them together, and it was an excellent time. I'm not exactly sure what happens in them anymore, but they were hella good. XD I remember an adorable crow-boy named Nawat. I read Alanna and Keladry, but not the Circle of Magic, and I think I'm going to re-read those, now. ^___^ Anyways, Aly, the protagonist of the Trickster's series, is Alanna's daughter.

YAY! Hahahah. Once again, Elena, take your time. All sorts of time!

Another phone call from you! That would be emotionally refreshing. :) We need to organize this, ASAP. (I am away from the 21-26, but after that....in my last week...)

There is so, so much for me to read and re-read, it's ridiculous. But yeah, I think I read the first Trickster book, but it just didn't grab me as much as the other ones.

I SENT IT YESTERDAY, LEAH! I SENT IT!!!
