There's a Jinx at a cafe! Well, she needs to get out of that hideout every now and then. A few heads turn at the pink-haired girl nodding her head to some headphones, a smile on her face before she takes a sip of whatever coffee drink she has.

((I don't use Jinx enough. Basically an open post for your pups to talk to her; or give her a hard time, ( Read more... )

Terra is a fan of coffee and coffee-related drinks as well, and so it's probably not unsurprising that she should at least show up to a cafe once in a while. You can't download hot coffee, after all. Well, not the beverage.

When she gets out of the counter area, she's holding a drink in a large transparent cup that looks like it could hold about 20 ounces. And it's then she spots the pink hair. Oh, well, this could be fun! She walks over and waves a little as she approaches.

She blinks at Terra, and smiles some. Well this was unexpected. She takes off one of the headphones, and waves back. "Hey. Need some caffiene?" Jinx asks, gesturing at the large cup with a laugh.

Terra giggles a little. "You know it. Got a movie marathon tonight and I need to prep for it. But I've still got some time before BB wonders what happened to me and goes on a frantic search of the city. Mind if I join you?"

Good thing See-more isn't here, she thought when Terra said that. "Sure, help yourself," Jinx says, and pushes out one of the seats for her. "So what kind of movies we talking here? Romance, comedy, horror?"

Ghost had just purchased a chai latte when he noticed Jinx there in the cafe...this one was the alternate he'd gone out on a date on when they were LOLed that one time, and he hadn't seen her since. He hoped that she didn't think he was some sort of jerk for not calling her - Ghost was notoriously bad for keeping in regular contact with people.

However, nothing like saying hello to break the ice. Besides...the little bit of surface thoughts he'd touched upon at least had nothing about 'that jerk Ghost' or any sorts of promises of pain.

"Mind if I join you?" he asked mildly.

She blinked, startled to see him. "Well hey stranger," she said, laughing a bit. "I don't mind at all. Have a seat." Jinx was in a good mood before, but wow, this was an unexpected surprise. She took off her headphones and paused her music, smiling some. "So, been busy Ghost? It's been awhile."

Oh, good. She wasn't annoyed at him. Even though this Jinx didn't know him as well as the surrogate little sister who now called herself Faust, she didn't seem to mind his absence. Faust/then Jinx had learned to accept his long absences as a matter of course. Now he wasn't doing long distance and long-term contracts...but he was still frequently gone, or just hanging around the hideout.

"I usually keep busy," he replied with a nod. "You'd think that spies wouldn't be as high in demand within the country...but businesses spy on one another. You'd be surprised what people will pay for their competitor's secrets."

He took a sip of the chai latte, then set it down on the table and took a seat across from her.

"And yourself? If I may, you seem to be in high spirits today."

She certainly wasn't annoyed. Maybe a few weeks after the LOL had worn off, although he didn't seem like the type that would avoid her afterward; thus why she figured he must have just been busy. Who cares why he was gone, she thought to herself, at least I get to see him now.

"Sounds more exciting than what I've been up to," she said. "I've hung out with See-more and Gizmo a few times, and done a few jobs, but other than that..." she shrugs. "Pretty boring.

"Oh? Heh, I suppose so," she said, smiling some at him. "It was a nice day out, and I've been cooped up all week, so this was a nice change."

So See-More wasn't a fan of coffee and coffee-related drinks. But after a rough night, he could use something to perk him up. He also liked the little cookies they sold at the cafe, because it had a lot of chocolate chips in them, just the way he liked them.

Walking into the cafe, wearing the hoodie that Terra got for him for Christmas, he ordered a cup to go and got himself his cook. See-More wasn't intending to stick around, but he too notice of a pink-haired girl sitting not too far away from where he was standing.

See-More had a silly grin on his face as he approached her, and tapped her on the shoulder. "So, this seat taken or are you just hoping to bump into me?" he asked, teasing her.

She turns her head to look at him when she feels the tap on her shoulder, and grins, taking her headphones off. "Hey!" she greeted him, and laughs a little. "Yes, you totally caught me, and now you have fallen into my trap," she says, clearly just joking with him.

"Ah, well, I know my women very well," he said, joking just as much as she was (mostly). "And now that I've fallen into your trap, I guess I should take a seat." He sits down in the empty chair, and unwraps his cookie to start eating it soon. "So what's been going on?"

"Not much really, first time going out in awhile," she says. "What's new with you, See-more?"

((Blah, sorry for the lame ping xD;))
