I've taken a long hiatus from LJ, and now that I'm back I'm not really planning on posting much if at all to my journal. I'm really just here to go on the communities.

The Republicans have come up with a new campaign strategy for trying to at least hold on to a large minority in Congress:

Officially got my promotion and raise today! Whee.

Now I just have to figure out the photo lab schedule tonight - how do I cover 12 shifts with two people and give us both 40 hours and two days off? Yikes!

Hooked up my SNES again today, after cleaning my room. This really is the best console ever, isn't it? ^_^

I have lots I should be writing about.... new job soon, insurance issues, Thanksgiving, blah blah blah. But I've just got one thing on my mind at the moment:

Ack, midterms! I think I did well on econ, but I messed up on one of the biggest problems on the chem test. Well, here's to hoping I do well on everything else on the test. *crosses fingers* Oh, and I really like econ. I'm surprised!
