“Coffee, sir?”

Jack starts, changing windows on his computer screen with the deft click-click of the guilty (page of text flickering from view), and swirls around on his swivel chair as he composes a toothy grin.  “Ianto!  Haven’t you gone home yet?  It’s late.  When are you going to leave me alone to watch some porn?”

This was good. I like how you've dealt with Ianto's reaction to being touched and trying to overcome the fear the cannibals would have caused. Poor Ianto, not knowing how to hold on to someone like Jack.

Thank you very much for taking the time to read and review! I'm glad to hear that you liked it, and that Ianto's reaction came across as realistic: I was really interested in portraying how damaging an experience like that would be.

I wonder why it is that everyone sees Jack as being the one to screw Ianto, and not the other way around.

Sorry to get all technical.

It's not a technicality I'm adverse to discussing, at all. Interestingly, I would envisage any lasting sexual relationship between Jack and Ianto being made up of switching; I can most definitely imagine Ianto being the penetrative partner, so to speak. For this fic, I felt that Jack screwing Ianto worked; in general, Ianto screwing Jack is hot.

But I digress.

Thanks for the review!

Thank you! I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed it. Now I just have to write more so I can continue reworking the English language, verb by verb...

Thank you very much!

And yes, shivergasping: sometimes normal verbs just don't cut it.
