No, I'm pretty sure I'm not dead. I mean, I remember being shot, and it hurt like all hell, and when I got here I was still shot and it still hurt. So pretty sure I didn't die.

Not in this place, no. The Arrancar are the only true threat to souls here.

Wow. There's another good reason to stay alive, if I really needed another good reason. Shit, sounds like you've got a pretty fucking dangerous job. And it's one you never take a break from? That's just not right.

The job of a shinigami is innately dangerous, but I do not fear. I am... one of a kind. If I am killed, I have no doubt Mayuri-sama would simply make me once again.
