Here's the weekly update:

1. Mental: 60% dark, lots of grrrghharrgh clouds. Problems with phobias mostly.

2. Physical: chest cold is 90% gone. Energy is around 70% of what I would say is fair.

3. Emotional: dark. A few rays of sunshine. But very down, 60% of the time.
