River is a reader. Basically, that's Firefly-speak for telepath, except that they don't really outline how it works in the series, probably because they NEVER GOT A CHANCE TO I hate you Fox. ANYWAYS. She tends to just...know things, Layla Miller-style, and with just one glance she's able to glean anything from memories to motivations and thoughts.

is river physically able to read your character's mind?: No, his minds very well guarded so unless he's uber distracted or really freaking tired... no. Or unless he lets her. He might do that.

is river physically able to read your character's mind?: She's welcome to, but he'd be aware of it and he may be able to reply in a vague fashion. Expect his mind to be guarded a bit after that.

is there anything in your pup's past that might trigger her?:Yes and more than that. Kenpachi is a creature of death and violence. He fights everyone and everything thats strong enough and has no reservations about killing. He's not evil, but he has a deathly presence.

...don't think so? Robots and AI aren't much a thing in the portions of the Firefly universe we see in canon, but that's the closest analogy to what Rinzler is, and... don't think we ever see her reading machines as such. (Just being a crazy genius about them).

OOC I'm fine with it, but as mentioned above, mind-reading generally isn't a thing with Rinzler. If you can give me a good reason why hers would work, though, go for it? ;;

Yes. Um. Much yes. Biggest trigger would be his repurposing, though he doesn't have access to those memories consciously.

do you as a mun give me permission to have her read your character's mind?: if Castiel is able to sense that she is a reader (please comment back to let me know if this is okay!) he might open his mind to her later on so they could communicate or something. in that case, I could italicize thoughts that are up for grabs.
is there anything in your pup's past that might trigger her?: l-lol he's killed a lot of supernatural things and people and has watched the horrors of the universe since its creation... he deals closely with demons and vampires and creepy/violent/upsetting things daily.
is there anything you absolutely do not want brought up?: as long as it contributes to plot in some way, I'm open for anything!

is there anything you absolutely do not want brought up?: Arya's pretending to be a boy called Artos Stone. I'd like her to be able to keep that up for a while. River can obviously tell she's a girl, but if it comes up expressly I'd like it to be private at least.
