I am tramstrams on twitter, I thought I should tell you that before I start following you there. I use Twitter a lot, especially when I'm busy with school stuff (What? Where else would I complain and procrastinate ( ... )

Followed you there!

Hrm...I do follow a few good Merlin tumblrs but mostly I just look at the tags.

I have actually NEVER read a Neil Gaiman book and I feel so bad for it. I definitely will some day though - since I see the books there every day at B&N and always feel like picking one up.

Oh Lord thanks so much for all these book names! I'll definitely be checking them out. :D

I love all books too; they're all good. xD

It's totally fine xD I enjoy long comments - and books. Especially comments about books.

You have never read Gaiman? Wow... You should do something about that. Really. You should. He is brilliant. :D

You're welcome, :) Last year I did my best to get back to reading books again since for the past years I've mostly read fic. And I actually read quite a few books so I definitely had recs. ;p

I like talking about books. I love books. Even when for a long time I almost didn't read any books I kept buying them because I have a thing for owning books. XD

I will! What book would you recommend that I should read by him first? I'm not sure where to start.

I was reading purely fic for about a year too! I finally got back into reading when school came around.

I buy books even though I have like 10 sitting on my shelf that still haven't been touched xD I am just a book a holic.

Hi to you new friend!

Good luck with the Big Bang. I'd sign up as a writer if only I had a plot.

Name: I have many names...No, but I don't really like how my name (Elyse) looks on screen for some reason, plus I've always been iffy about giving out that sort of stuff, so you can call me anything from that to steeleblue, to my nickname Lysie, LysieBlue to just plain Blue. I'll answer.

Book: Good Omens. Love that book.

First Fandom: This is where I admit that I'm newish to LJ as a member but have been around for a long, long time. I can remember when LJ was invite-only and NC-17 fics were allowed at FF.net. I don't rightly remember my first fandom. But I was like...10, so it was probably Pokemon/Digimon or something.

Hello! :D

I was going to sign up as a writer this year but then decided I'm not ready to quite yet so went for artist. Maybe next year.

I think Elyse is very pretty! I like it. Mine's Shailey - I think I forgot to say that in my post. :p

Ohhh sounds cool, I may give it a try.

Oh Lord I was at FF near the beginning and that place USED to be, er, somewhat better but yeah.

I signed up as a writer on two big bangs. Crossover and Spn Gen. Because I'm insane.

I like my name fine spoken. I don't use Lysie anywhere but the 'net except for close friends. I just like the look of it better, I guess. I'm weird like that.

Good Omens is awesome, it's co-written Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett, and I'd rec anything by both of them on principle.

FF.net was less regulated, I guess. I liked that and the fact it was smaller - there was crap by the 12 year olds just learning, but no one wanked about it, and there was equally good stuff because it was the main gathering place before LJ.

Ohhh good luck with that!

Haha, it's alright. :]

I've not read anything by Gaiman but I'm hoping to remedy that soon. :p

Yeah that's totally true. -sigh- The good ol' days.
