Something odd is going on. The guy's been busy with his work and for once, the stuff doesn't appear to just be random busy work to keep him occupied. I can't believe he's getting something to do. Always thought the guards in this city seemed semi-intelligent. Not all of them but some at least. No one else seems to notice the theft in the house. ( Read more... )

It's been a month and I still can't tell if things have gotten better or worse around here. Some things are better with the woman around. She keeps the maid too busy to bother me. I keep finding smelly dogs who stink up everything. There was the one I plan on hunting and now there's one at the monkey man's shop. Still don't think it's quite fair that I finally found a monkey but can't have it. At least there are more monkeys out there even if the monkey man refuses to tell me. Haven't seen that dog around since that night. Someone needs to throw him back into prison where he belongs or let me hunt him. Actually, I should just be allowed to hunt him.
