The curse was finally lifted! I think it took a combination of white magic and holy water, or something like that, but it worked! I'm cured! Everything's... well, everything's real again! I am so awesome it hurts sometimes.
I found what I was looking for. Had to out-race a speed demon to get it, but I won. Now I've got something else to ponder about and work through; maybe it'll be as easy to unlock some of these powers as it was the last couple?

Quiet
It's been... remarkably quiet for a little while now. I've started teaching my benefactor some new dishes, and while that person isn't too good at it, things are looking up. I'll try something new next time, too; I'm almost glad Mom made me learn how to fend for myself.

Good News and Bad News
Good news: I've found someone who's taken me in for a little while. It really was nice of her, and now that I've got food and everything else I need, things are looking a lot better for me.
