There's so much I love in this episode, but also quite a bit that makes me want to do horrible things to the people who wrote it. I looooooooooooooove this episode! The cockblocking, not so much, but I love how together Luke and Reid are! I love Luke standing up for Reid in front of Chris. I love Luke and Reid presenting as a united front to Chris. I loooove Reid ADMITTING HE'S IN LOVE WITH LUKE, ASDFGHJKHGFDFS, and wanting the whole enchilada with him!!! He might as well have just proposed marriage! And I love the delicious kissing, and the flirting at the hospital, and Luke checking out Reid's ass! Love!

Luke (who will never make a living as a poker player, because everything he's feeling is written all over his face) definitely likes what he's hearing, but he prompts Reid to clarify his meaning. Reid says that Luke better take care of his kidney, because, "If I'm going to put myself out there, fall in love with you, I am not going to lose you ( ... )

I took it more like he was admitting he was headed in that direction, not necessarily that he'd already gotten there, but either way I still loved hearing it (and so did Luke!!!).

Luke's complete lack of a poker face is one of his most endearing qualities.

Thanks for the recap! Glad to see you managed to avoid all the anvils falling from the sky :)

Reid's reaction to finding out Chris had used his toothbrush was priceless. There isn't enough hot water in the world to make that toothbrush fit for Reid's use again.

Chris: So much for doctor/patient confidentiality.

This is something I've wanted to address for a while. Can we really consider Chris to be Reid's patient? What has Reid done for Chris, other than give him a few shots and order a prescription for him (that was probably NOT in Chris's name because Chris didn't want anyone to know he was sick)? Chris has ignored all the rest of Reid's medical advice. So really, what doctor/patient confidentiality? And yay, Luke, for calling Chris out on that!!

Chris: I absolve him of all responsibility for my care, because I don't need him anymore.Reid's off the hook! Chris said it himself! So there's no need for him to go after any hearts that may or may not be in Bay City ( ... )

One of the things I love most about that kiss is that Reid was clearly aiming for/expecting just a simple, little, even sweet peck, and Luke obviously had other ideas. But no. A baby rattle ruined everything, and then Reid had to go to work. For all of a minute.

Ugh. Chris is such a horrible person, I can't even.
