Didn't do anything exciting the last couple of days really - grocery shopped, puttered around the house, more cleaning & decluttering, got caught up on Fringe & Bones & rented movies. Saw Fame & Lost City Raiders.

Finally got to watch Feliciano Lopez play Andy Roddick in the Australian Open. TSN2 decided to show it in time delay which pissed me off a bit. Feli played well winning the first set but dropping the next three taking two of those to tie breaks! Just got back from the AGO exhibit King Tutankhamun: The Golden King & the Great Pharaohs. They make you stand outside grand doors to what looks like the out court of a temple & view a very short info documentary narrated by Harrison Ford. Got up early today to meet a co-worker at 9am (yes I am on vacation) because he got passes to the AGO for me. I met him at church. Yes I just said church. Stop laughing peoples. Went to Pure+Simple spa...nothing extra ordinary just a little tune up...as in the waxing variety if ya know what I mean. I really do need to schedule a facial for next month and I absolutely need to check out a spas that do massage & reiki (P+S doesn't).

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

...spending a quiet day at home.

First day of vacation. Today I'm not going to do anything at all. I am just going to rest and veg out besides It's a dark and stormy windy rainy day. I'm inside warm (ok wrapped in a blanket) and I'm sleepy. I do have to forage for food tho later tho'.

Really wish I was on vacation in Fiji. I need me some Polynesian time to recharge the energies.
