Spent Christmas with my sister amdisa. Lovely to spend time with family and relax and just talk. She has 4 dogs and my fav (shhh don't tell the others) is Gizmo who is now older and blind but as sweet as pie. My Dad decided to have my sister and I over early for Christmas dinner only because he was going to my step sister's on the 25th. Because I don't live at home anymore and I'm often busy.....sometimes my family forgets to tell me things.....like 8 days ago my step sister had her baby....a boy.....so congratulations to her!

My dad thought my other sister had told me already.....ah nope...I'm not mad tho'....it's actually sort of funny...whoops!!!

lady__croft and I went to visit w/amdisa today to celebrate her birthday (albeit belated as it was on Oct 16)! She cooked a fabulous dinner and as always there was way too much yummy food!

My arms are itching like crazy today due to sun allergy. We had a fire drill at the office and were outside in the blazing sun for about 15 mins this morning. I hadn't put my sunscreen yet so I pay the price now. Must remember to put on sunscreen BEFORE I got into the office. And why am I so hungry these last 2 days? Weekend was good more or less. Saturday broke the bank at Ikea getting a $10 lamp plus three $4 bowls and tea towels that were 2/$2. It took lady__croft and I an hour and half to get up to North York by pubic transportation.
