Well, dressing up for it is pretty normal... But turning into skeletons, nope. Trust me, I freaked out when it happened earlier. Have you seen the freaky fish yet?

Though now, it's really just a children's holiday or celebration. There's games and costume parties... and trick-or-treating!

But... well, the strange attire bit is really subjective. You're supposed to dress up on Halloween, like some sort of mythical creature or just... be someone that you're not. Some people do dress up like skeletons, but not to this extent. It's a pretty fun holiday in general, though!
