This is a neat story. Not sure why I received Vol. 6, but this may have been a blessing in diguise, for it gives a lot of the backstory. Two brothers, Alphonse and Edward, have been practicing alchemy since they were young, and show a great aptitude for it. However,when they meddle with things that should not be touched (they try to bring their mother back from the dead), disaster ensues. Alphose's soul is trapped in a suit of armor by his panicked brother during the incident, and Edward loses an arm and a leg. Now they must try to find a way to reverse the process so they can reclaim their bodies.

Told ya it's good. If only you could watch the entire series in order! It's brilliant! Loads more turns and twist and details. I love it to death. The movie, which I mentioned that I have, is a sequel to the series; so it's better that you have seen the series before the movie. So this is my creed ---- you are not allowed to see the movie until you've finished the series. :p The end.
