Well, gosh, if you don't enjoy the workout, find another workout! I can't imagine doing something I dislike three to four times a week.
At this *particular* point, I have so many physical limitations that I'm stuck doing stuff I don't enjoy, because it's what I can do. OTOH, I'm looking at it as, "if I stick with this, then I will be *able* to do things that I like and I will NEVER HAVE TO DO THIS AGAIN," so I can't say that I disagree with you!
Oh, *one day* I will have managed to get fit enough, and get my health problems under enough control that there will be a kickboxing class. (Of course, I'll also have to move to another town so that I can find one, but that's minor. *g*)
Go you, rocking the exercise! Me too! I made a committment to lose that last 20 pounds I had put on by Christmas, so I've been going to the gym at least 3x a week since school started and Friday I started going every day. I am loving it; I feel like I'm getting stronger and more powerful and it's a game to see how far I can push myself. I sound like such a dork, but it's true. I *killed* on the rowing machine today. LOL
