On the unexpected corrolation between working out and pants sizes.

Dear arse,

Funny, I thought perhaps that if I worked out for 45 minutes a day, every day, for 1.5 months, you would shrink.

Not, uh, grow two inches.

The. Fuck.

Now I have two work skirts I can wear (up around my natural waist), instead of seven (down at my hips). Two pairs of work pants -- and those are tight -- instead of eight. One ( Read more... )

When I work out I get hungrier and then I gain weight. Like you said, I look/feel a helluva lot better, though...

True, true. And... I do like eating when I'm hungry. And not stopping until I'm full.

So... I should probably visit the good ol' thrift shop, hey...?

Eating things that are high in protein and fiber fill me up faster, too. And, bonus, give me more energy for more working out. ;)
