We just put an offer in on yet another house the other night. This would be house/offer #5. A very nice house, but the basement isn't finished and the kitchen is pretty basic with none of the upgrades we wanted like the granite counters and nicer appliances. Well, we're in the process of attempting to put a bid in on yet ANOTHER house. This one is 4 houses away from the neighborhood we really wanted, but the price is good and the basement will be just fine for the studio and Jon’s Man Cave. The kitchen is pretty awesome! We heard from our agent last night. She said that there are two other offers on the house right now and she’s not sure where we stand in relation to those. We already had to remove the flooring allowance thing and up our price by $1500 since we knew one of the other offers had topped us.
