We just put an offer in on yet another house the other night. This would be house/offer #5. A very nice house, but the basement isn't finished and the kitchen is pretty basic with none of the upgrades we wanted like the granite counters and nicer appliances. It's brick front, which isn't my fave but it's still very pretty. And it was the floor plan
