I'm in need of a psychiatrist just for meds, I don't want the psychobabble crap. (Yes, I've been to therapists, etc. ETC..)
So, my question is: Can anyone recommend a NORMAL psychiatrist near the upper east side or midtown that takes CIGNA?

Now that some restaurants are supposed to post calorie counts on their menus, do you find that knowing this information has changed your eating habits? How are you eating differently?

I never bought one of these before and I'm trying to get one for tonight. An online google came up with prices from $10-$25. These don't have to be fancy (auto-shut off etc. optional), as long as they have some heat. Being easy to clean/maintain is a plus, though ( Read more... )

Where can a gal get some sliding scale (no insurance) LGBTQ therapy? Callen-Lorde never calls me back and it's obnoxious as hell. I checked the tags, no luck there.

I don't know if its the water here...it's got a sort of slimy feel that isn't in our water at home...but my skin is unbelievably gross right now.
