Find (affordable) heating pads?

I never bought one of these before and I'm trying to get one for tonight. An online google came up with prices from $10-$25. These don't have to be fancy (auto-shut off etc. optional), as long as they have some heat. Being easy to clean/maintain is a plus, though.

Can anyone tell me if they've seen heating pads in local stores (types of stores, names, etc.) and how much?
