I second that. I snapped one night and started screaming at 3 20-something girls who were walking through Times Sq side by side WITH THEIR ARMS LINKED!
I just lost it and was like "You don't DO that!!!"

6. If two people are carrying a large item (i.e. A dresser) down the sidewalk, move out of the way. You have much more manuverability than them, plus the dresser is heavy.

yea see that, people can't fathom that IT'S HEAVY and it's easier for them to move to the side than you to move to the side...idiots

OMG SO TRUE! I have pushed all of my belongings from the east village to the west village before in carts, and you would not BELIEVE the number of people who just walked right in my path. I think I actually said something to a couple of them. assholes.

I don't think that's a reflection on friendliness... Just perhaps a lack of tolerance for irrational/rude behavior.

well i'm pretty tolerant...but sometimes i want to carry a megaphone and remind people to be nice and there are others here besides them
