Hey you, I just want to set the record straight. Yes, being an RA this summer was not the fun job I had hoped, but it was still a good learning experience. I made some new friends and had some fun, but it just wasn't what I had thought it would be. Most of life is like that. I wouldn't do this again, but that shouldn't discourage you.
Congrats again on the job. I really hope you enjoy it because despite mine and Jeremy's telling you it sucks, I'm glad you went out on a limb and tried anyway. Who knows, you may fare better and enjoy it way more than any of us did.
Hooray for pep talks. Haha. Anyway, you'd better visit Wood/Felder occasionally. The desk will be boring without you ;-)
