weight loss & fitness monitoring can be frustrating. As in I can't often tell if I am making progress or sliding - it's easy to say, skip exercise and lose weight then over weeks of exercise not see the scale move: but that move is water weight. yeh? I like it a lot - I got it off Amazon - there's lots of models & price ranges based on needs. (mult. people, more modes, etc).

You're even running! I don't run; heh. I do more low-key exercise & elliptical, pilates, yoga, yard work - walking.

yes. it is a two person mode scale with a guest mode - you can put your height into the 2nd slot since I have no one to share it with. You could even just use it when we work out - I could use it to lure you back over when you move *sniff* heh heh. *evil grin*
