Who: Shika, Shikamaru, Temari, Hidan, Seras, and Kite is welcome too!
Where: Elysium; Sunako's estate.
When: After this.
Summary: Relocating the ninjas out of the tiny apartment into the home of their enemy. Good idea.
Rating: R for Hidan.
Other: Oh dear.

Shikamaru eyed his surroundings as they walked, both curious and wary as he took in their immaculate surroundings. He'd never seen anything quite like this before. Elysium was a far cry from Konoha, or even any of the cities he'd been introduced to during his time spent in the Facility. So unnaturally clean and orderly... a little like the main complex of the Facility itself if he really thought about it. Unsettling ( ... )

Having everything this pristine had Temari on edge, staying right at Shikamaru's shoulder as they followed Shika through the immaculate streets. In no world did she expect to find someone like Hidan in a place like this. Her anger at the Akatsuki member didn't run nearly as deep as Shikamaru's, but she still associated him to blood and violence, not prestige and wealth.

One of her hands was tucked in the pocket of her jeans, looking up at the massive building with an eyebrow raised. She leaned over a bit to hiss to her Shikamaru, "What the hell."

It pretty much summed her reaction to the entire situation up nicely. This was going to be awkward as hell, and she wasn't leaving Shikamaru's side until they left this place.

After about a minute, the door opened. Not to Hidan, but rather a blonde, blue-eyed girl with a cheerful, welcoming smile for the three ninja's.

"Shika, you didn't have to knock." Seras greeted him, her pleasure at seeing him evident in her voice. It hd been a little while since he last came to visit (and Hidan had been driving her somewhat crazy, hence the enthusiasm for visitors). The draculina lifted her eyes from the civilian-clothed Shikamaru to his two companions.

Well, Hidan had warned her, but seeing it was still a shock. "Wow... you two really are alike." After a second she shook herself, "Sorry, hi, my names Seras, I live here with Shikamaru's brother. Nice to meet you." she stepped back so they could come in.

New city, new network, new problems. Kite checked his communicator for any updates on the situation, but didn't find much beyond current residents demanding to know what was going on. He slid the device into the pocket of his new hoodie, part of the outfit he'd received in his (by now discarded) duffel bag. His inventory was far more efficient for storage purposes. And not all contents had been useful; that wad of paper? He'd long since burned it ( ... )
