Alright, so I haven't posted in a while. Let me update you, friend!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I had a good new year. Did you? I celebrated with my friend Alma and her brother (also my friend) Warren. We spent the night hogging a table at our favorite bar. We drank too much, ate some snackies, etc. The most exciting part of the night was when we went on a ( Read more... )

Your life is so full of stuff. I am almost jealous. Except for the school thing. While I do miss writing essays on rare occasions, I don't really miss SCHOOL. Campus' boo.

Man, one day I really will make a SFW fanart. One day. Maybe. I'll try. Really.

It's my last quarter at college too. D: So it's going to be busy for me as well. We'll get through it, hopefully! xD I took a flash class once. I started some Taiki flashes but I didn't have any decent audio editing programs so I never finished them and then they all got deleted when my laptop crashed. D: So sad. I need to back up stuff more often. xD And what exactly do you do in print class? Learn how to make files good for printing? I learned that kind of thing but the class had a different name. O:

D: Don't you hate college taking up too much of your life? It's pretty horrific. ALSO WAHH. I'm sad that the Taiki flashes is gone. ;o; You REALLY need to get one of those passport backup drives and keep it with you ALWAYS. Actually, keep two or three, with your luck. XD

Also, the class is printmaking which means like... old school manual printing. We're starting with intaglio prints which means we're taking metal plates (zinc), coating them with an acid-resistant substance, scraping into that coating with sharp things to make the pattern, dumping the plate into acid for varying amounts of time (so the acid can eat into the plate where the coating was scraped off), then take that plate and clean it and rub ink into the scraped out holes that the acid ate, AND THEN run that through a press with a soaked paper and the ink goes onto the paper and VOILAAAAAAAAAA.

Yeah, it's a horribly time-intensive class. (I need to take studio art electives, so.. that was my choice.)

My sister rolled her car down an embankment many years ago. She also ended up upside down but her seat belt held her in place. She unbuckled her belt, dropped to the car ceiling, rolled down (actually up) a window, climbed out and walked away unscathed.

Yeah well, after my laptop crashed I freaked out and got an external harddrive to put stuff on. xD Because I hate redoing things and then not having the photoshop files for things so I can't make prints and arg. D:

And wow, that doesn't sound all that fun. xD My teacher showed us how that was done and why the stuff works, but we never actually had to do it. O:

OH JEEZ. I was scrolling down my f-list and I see a guy with blood and I saw Obama instead of Doma and I thought
OH MY LAWD, SHE WAS AT AN OBAMA RALLY WHILE BACK AND HER FRIEND GOT PWNED.
So, better to trip and cut yourself on accident than get attacked by crazies.
And daaaaw. I hope if ever my crap car flips over that you will be the car behind, so that I know I will have back up XD I'd probably be hanging upside down and be all "Heeeeey *delirious*. Aren't you the girl who draws Heard?"

I spy a pretty lady in the second row! Your face is very recognizable.
