The good news is I am on medicine for adult ADHD and a mood disorder, the bad news is I can't have caffeine or chocolate while taking this medication because the meds affect the central nervous system and could do some pretty bad things (it is an anti-seizure medicine) to me. I am considering writing a book that is based on some of my past's events. My only concern is legalities as far as using real names of people involved. Do I have to ask their permission before I can use them? And if I do have to, do I have to give royalties (IF someone decides to publish the book...and I mean it is a big if) to them or what?

Today we had our usual Wednesday V-ball game and yours truly rocked the house!!! I sucked during the first game and progressivly started getting better and better until..BAM!!..I was doing AWESOME!
