I think I spent a little too much money on books today, but oh well. I needed something new to read! And I got a really good book as well...started reading it a couple of hours ago and i'm already half way through...I really should slow down though or I'll need to buy some more lol ( Read more... ) -
men are not dependable
My day could not have gone any worse. Well some parts of it were ok. I went to the local shopping centre and got my skirt off layby (just in time too!) plus I got a phone call saying that "New Moon" had come in my copy was ready to be picked up. I don't even know why I pre-ordered it, I'm not even a big fan of The Twilight Saga. Meh, gave me pause ( Read more... ) -
it's a boy!
I am so very proud of my sister today, well yesterday and today. At 4.20pm on April 6th my sister gave birth to healthy 8lbs 13onc baby boy, who has yet to be named. Already she'd posted images of him up on facebook (how gen y of her). I'll be visiting them in the hospital tomorrow afternoon and cannot wait to meet him. He looks just like his ( Read more... ) -
guys are quite annoying
Decided that since I'd been sitting on my arse for the past two weeks, that this morning I'd get up and go for a walk. And I'm so glad that I did. I feel so much more energized after doing it. I mean sure as soon as I got home I just sat back down on the couch again, but for that 45mins that I was actually doing something active I felt very good. ( Read more... ) -

Well, it's been nearly two weeks since the company I worked for closed down. And what do I have to show for it? Not much to be perfectly honest. I've been supervising my couch and making sure that the HD reception is working constantly. Not to mention developing and maintaining direct contact with the local DVD store. I have just had one hell of a day today...and I never would have seen it coming. For the past three days I've been worried about the fact that Mr T hasn't been contacting me. Slowly things are starting to get back on track for me. Very slowly, but going none the less. Work has finally given us a date as to when we'll be closing, which is a really good thing.
