My poor sweet 9 month old has had a rough couple of weeks...a double ear infection and a virus that woke him last Saturday with a fever of 103.6! Was probably roseola (sp?) as a few days later he had a distinct rash. I am amazed at how fast time is going by. My baby boy is 5 and a half weeks old...it will be six weeks on Saturday, crazy!! We are all doing well. He is growing like crazy. Off to get married, folks! Am so excited to be embraced by all the love of family and friends. It is an amazing feeling and so wonderful to hear how excited everyone is!! Wow, I'm overwhelmed with emotion.

Tomorrow I will become Mrs. Stacy Kesl and I can't wait!!!

One of my favorite residents is dying. She was a sharp, sarcastic, witty 90-year old. Last week she had a fall and has bleeding on her brain. She is back in the community and on hospice, and it is probably only a matter of hours before she is gone. I am saddened beyond belief and can't keep the tears from streaming down my face. I hate it.
