Well, the software sent live, and now I don't have to get up at 4:30 every morning.  Sadly, I've been doing that for so long that I still wake up at 4:30 even when I *can* sleep in.

So last night, Th. is rubbing Napoleon's foot pads, and says. "Hey, how come his little pads have stayed so soft?" (He's four years old.) I said, "Well, he doesn't use them much." (He spends a lot of time upside down, usually underfoot...)

"A-ha!", says Th. "He's a blubber-craft!"

Kinda like a hovercraft, only much fatter...
