We had a great time with Daniel at his apartment. We made cookies together. I taught him how to make them, or the basic recipe. I made some tuna and hardboiled eggs, then made some flaky(ish) baking powder biscuits. It was very good. All it lacked was chocolate! LOL

Mom and I are having a wonderful salad of chicken from a can, lettuce, onions, shallots, red, yellow and orange peppers, spinach and parmaseam cheese and blue cheese dressing. Oh and carrots.

I made plantain, hamburger patties, potatoes and peas for our dinner. I don't usually like making dinner, but I felt like we needed to have something to eat. It was good.

I made dinner! I made some hamburger saucy chili. Chilie? Chilli? Abe had a big bowlful of it too. Onions, mushrooms, hamburger, can of tomato sauce, can of brown beans.

I also made peanut butter cookies and have them in the oven. Oops, they're done now!
