I like your stories, your writing sooooooooooooo much! They never fail to make me smile and laugh! The relationship between Reid and Luke you have created is adorable - above all your mild humorous point of view---->hmm! Luke protecting Reid: one of my favorite scenarios.
THANK YOU!

This is funny! Your stories are always so charming and IC. The Reid interactions with the Oakdale women are brilliant. And I like how Luke stood up to Katie--nicely done.

A Reid voodoo doll! Yup, I bet so many people would like to have that. :)

Great fic.

Thank you! I worried that Katie and Reid arguing might not be too popular as most of us love their friendship but I wanted Luke to be protective, and hey, friends fight sometimes.

This was a hoot! And so adorable! From the moment that Reid opened his mouth to Luke giving it to Katie (LOVED that!) to Susan helping Reid out, this was so much fun!!

Thanks for reading and commenting! I appreciate it. I'm glad that you enjoyed the Luke - Katie confrontation. I worried that people would not like me interfering with Reid & Katie being besties [even if it is a completely temporary thing]

A year ago I had a bad taste in my mouth regarding Katie and her "friendship" with Reid when I watched the show until the end. Once she decided she was with Chris, she really shifted her allegiance (why she felt she had to is beyond me or more correctly, why the writers did that is beyond me). So, imagine my surprise when I ventured into fanfic land many months later where Katie is front and center of many stories as Reid's best friend, but then I found it cute too (the writers here are so much better!) and accepted it. However, rewatching the guys recently has turned me back against her!

I do love the majority of the canon Reid and Katie friendship. But I agree that there were aspects that were less than stellar. She did start siding with Chris the very day that he came back to town [the day that he tried to 'out' Reid and where he told Katie his distorted version of the Fellowship]. She immediately took Chris' side [even knowing about Chris' unethical past, or heck, even her own] and asked Reid if he stole the fellowship and then told him that maybe everyone else was right about him. It sort of came out of left field ( ... )

Okay. I admit. I squealed a little when I saw you'd posted something. I absolutely love it. Your stories are so much fun to read! My favorite has got to be:

Susan smirked. "Oooh, I’ve got one. Are you completely and totally in love with Luke Snyder? Do you daydream about him when you’re not together? Does your heart beat faster when he smiles at you?"

"Yes," bit out Reid. "And I kind of despise you a little right now."

Thanks for posting this today. :)

Thanks very much for the kind words! It amused me to have Susan act a little immature over the thing. Reid would most likely bring out that response in people who aren't terrified of him.
