the only thing I can say is...I have really bad experiences with DT and really awesome experiences at DT...it all depends on the DT.

We just got brand new tires on our expedition because we bought the warranty and they were basically free because they had worn down before their time...That was an awesome experience.

I had the bad one...kind of like yours at another one...so Honestly...I can see both sides of this. Sorry you had the crappy one tonight. been there done that...took more time than one can believe.

They didn't balance my tires when I went there, either. Except I caught it less than a block away and just turned around, went right back, and told them to do it again. They treated me like I was crazy, but they did it, and they did it right the second time around.
Nevertheless, I haven't been back.

hey! that sucks. Mike works for them right now and they're actually a really responsive company. He said you should send that on to corporate with the store you were at and the salesman's name, if you remember. he wouldn't be suprised if they hooked you up. most of their employee's are really good, but they're a couple doofuses in every bunch. Good luck!
