When I go to your store to get my tires rotated and balanced, that's what I really want you to do.
Unfortunately, I only found out you didn't balance my tires when I got on the 202 and my car started shaking violently when I tried to accelerate past 40 mph. So I had to pull on to the shoulder to look at my tires, while on the highway and while being 5 and a half months pregnant. At 8 o'clock at night. Around a blind corner where the slow lane routinely has people going 65 mph. Did I mention I was wearing a black leather jacket with black pants?
My free tire rotation and balance will now cost me close to $30 because I will have to miss a couple of hours of work to get you to do the job that you should have done right the first time. And this isn't even the first time I've left a DT with unbalanced tires after your techs "balanced" them.
From now on, I buy my tires/get them worked on at Costco.
Sincerely,
me
