I admit, I've thought about the loss of cool wardrobe if I did get pregnant. Not I can rest easy on that account. Is it shallow that I've thought about that?
No, I don't think so. I've thought about that too. Clothes are expensive enough, hard enough to find, and a big enough part of life that I think it's practical to worry about. I've actually gone through my wardrobe and counted the things I could wear past two months or so of pregnancy (I'm betting after that, since I'm so skinny, I'd have a belly early). How many articles of clothing do I have that passed the test? O, like four. And then I started to wonder how many I would be able to wear AFTER having a baby, because what if I'm not the same size and shape any more?
