I'd rather not try and find a "Hey, this one is better!" The anime hooked me up in the fandom, and I'm really grateful it did. I love it as much as I love the manga, although it screws up in some parts. I won't go ahead and treat it badly though - I just treat it as a different take to the story. Also, the manga doesn't provide us with the talents of Rie Kugimiya and Mitsuki Saiga, so it's another plus point for the anime.
I don't think "Miharu realizes it's important not to be selfish." More like, Miharu learns to feel, as much as Yoite does. He learns how to care, he learns what friendship is, what happiness is (Chapter 47), and what deep sorrow is. And that is a beautiful development from the apathy in the first chapters.
I think a nice way of seeing things is: the anime keeps things superficial, and the manga goes deeper. See both for different visions. And that is all.
I had even started Nabari before the Anime came. I grasped the first 3 Chapters on Timcampy somewhen early 2007 and only came to read it Somewhat november 2007. I dopped it after these 3 chapters isnce no other chapters (seemingly) were in sight, and had planned to continue it, when I find more scans. (well, I never searched, since I had no own internet until march and there is a limit as to how much one can pester friend's poor PCs
( ... )
I absolutely think that the voice actors were perfect in their roles. Especially Gau and Yukimi.
They were doing a great job with the script until the very anti-climactic end. It never got to explain Yoite's past and they automatically made Hattori a bad person- which he isn't completely. AND no Tsukasa! D:
I suppose that's probably the primary worth of the Anime: Being a sort of promotion to the Manga.
The trouble I just have, is that I started the Manga even before the Anime. Sure, I had placed it on-hold, but somewhen I would have definitely continue to read it. The only thing that the Anime did for me was to hasten the process a bit...
But I still think it would have been better if they had started it next year. (We would have seen vol. 9 animated, after all.)
I totally forgot... There is another Yoite-ish Voice by Mitsuki Saiga. Junior in Read or Die (TV)...!
In fact I was watching the series, when I was at EP 7-9 of Nabari and it just struck me that he is some sort of a Yoite-prototype. XD. Only that he gets a happy Ending and has... blue hair... X__X"
IS IT JUST ME, or does that little fellow look almost exactly like Miharu exept that he has blue eyes and Mitsuki Saiga's voice? It's sort of odd... To have a MIharu with Yoite's eyes and voice. LOL.
WHAAAT?!?!?!?!! I nearly screamed that after seeing "Raikou" and "died" in the same sentence... (Yes, I tend to overreact over these things Dx ) I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY DID THAT!!!!!!!! *Sobs hysterically* But Raikou was my favorite character!!!! HOW COULD THEY?!?!! If Raikou dies in the manga, I'm going to...to...do something unecessarily violent and reckless!! Or I'll...I'll go emo or something!! *Waves razor threateningly* D< So you'd better not kill Raikou, Kamatani Yuhki!! T_T
...Ahem. Sorry, I just hate it when my favorite characters are killed... T^T Aizawa will probably get killed off too.... *Cries at the mere thought*

I started reading NnO on Onemanga, and then where it left off, I started watching the anime- which is much better at explaining things.
