Thing I Made Thursday, one day early! To make up for all the days-late posts!

Serenity was awfully secretive about her name. She wouldn't give me anything, and then she gave me that, and I was like, "So simple? Okay!" What the pony wants, the pony gets.

She was a gift for brightlotusmoon. She arrived at her new home today, and now I can post pics!

Seriously, I CANNOT STOP TOUCHING HER. The hair the eyes, the lotus flower... and yeah, I am being careful about the paint swirls just in case. She is on my altar right now, with her mane and tail flowing over the shelf (it used to be a CD rack) and the mirror is with her and I AM JUST SO HAPPY.

You're so welcome, babe. *wags* It made my entire [duration of time it took me to finish her]. Two weeks? It's awesome doing nice things for awesome people.

I was seriously just smug as a cat full of stolen pizza crust the ENTIRE TIME. I'd work on her until I had to stop for whatever reason, put her down, and just SMIRK. It was great.

And I LOVE that you did that, that you sat back and SMIRKED, knowing I had no clue what was going on, and you were probably thinking of me fidgeting and working up the nerve to really ask, and then you would smirk even MORE...

Pretty much, YUP. *cracks up* I feel bad about the squirming, I really do, but it was AWESOME.

She is a little beauty. You did a marvelous job on her eyes and also on the lotus blossom on her forehead and haunch.

She makes me wish I had not given my small but beloved collection of ponies to my nephew. I've kept my ponies which were associated with the vintage strawberry shortcake dolls.

If I ever decide to have them redone, I will contact you. :D
